Thursday night proved to be buzy for the members as we had a Cub Scout troop show up for a visit to the club. Needless to say they were impressed! Members, not so much!
Saturday night was our open house event with heritage units such as SP&S passenger and freight power occupies the scene.
Burt ran his little Heisler on the Green line but regret I don't have Photoshop to add to the zest of the photo.
Mike Baker has has Empire Builder running the Big Blue line and the power looks like it was right out of the box. I thought I taught him better than that?
Jim Bowden new SDD40T2 Tunnel motors worked perfectly...as usual!
For the first time I was able to take a photo of the port district water and now you can see the magic of our decision to buy the wavy plastic sheet for the look of breezy water!
4 SP&S units is more than enough power to move a high priority military freight down the line passing Red Yard engine facility.
